The project was approved by HUDA in 56(part),57,58,64,65(part) of Hafeezpet village, Serilingampally Mandal, RangaReddy District.

The project land got converted from agricultural land use to residential use zone vide G.O.Ms. No. 790, dated 05-09-2005.This project is spread about 20 acres abutting Hafeezpet MMTS Railway Station and Matrusri colony near Miyapur will have over 120 specially designed independent bungalows with all amenities. Project is scheduled to be completed by Dec 2007.
